FINANCIAL RELIEF DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Warmest greetings from Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad!

To help members affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad (SWVB) is offering 6 months moratorium (immediate until September 2020) without penalty to eligible members (e.g. in situations such as forced unpaid leave, laid off etc.) who are facing financial difficulties on payment of their Easturia Vacation Club membership fees under in-house instalments or Annual Maintenance Fees. With this financial relief measure, we hope to be able to help you ease your financial constraint amidst this difficult situation.

Members who wish to apply for this special relief are required to fill up and submit the Moratorium Request Form (enclosed) to SWVB.

The Moratorium Form is also available for download/print at Easturia Vacation Club Website and Member Portal. Member may also contact us at Email: kch_memberservice@saraworldwide.com.my or WhatsApp Message: 017-865 8007 for enquiries or to request for the Moratorium Request Form. Successful and approved applications will be notified by SWVB via email.

Meanwhile, for members whose memberships have been suspended or terminated from March 2020 onwards and would like to reactivate their suspended memberships or reinstate their terminated memberships, SWVB will offer free reactivation and reinstatement without any penalty or fee upon their full settlements of outstanding membership fees. Nonetheless, members must settle their outstanding amounts within the required one(1) month grace period, in accordance to the Membership Agreement. This offer is valid until September 2020 only.
